Our new product focuses on removing the complexity from arranging and renewing professional indemnity insurance. The target sector is mid market professionals with a fee income of up to €1,500,000. Cover Summary

• Cover is available for most professions subject to a fee / income limit of €1,500,000 • A range of indemnity limits from €250,000 to €2,500,000 • Claims Made Cover • Cover is on an ‘any one claim limit’ basis (except for a short list of occupations) • Standard excess €750 but will vary depending on profession • Retroactive cover available subject to previous insurance having been in place • Breach of Duty including: - Negligent Duty - Negligent Omission - Misstatement - Misleading Statement - Breach of Confidentiality • Dishonesty of Employees • Unintentional Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights • Defamation • Defence costs in addition to the Policy limits – for most occupations

Cover is also provided for:

• Loss of Documents cover • Compensation for court appearances

Also, if you plan to change insurers, you will either need to arrange run-off cover or get agreement from your new insurer to accept new claims for prior incidents.
